How to get sorted, step by step
- Check your passport has at least 6 months validity from the day you arrive — this is strictly enforced and airlines will deny boarding.
- Apply for the e-VOA at evisa.imigrasi.go.id and pay by card. Save the PDF and a screenshot.
- Pay the Bali Tourist Levy at lovebali.baliprov.go.id and save the QR code (Bali arrivals only).
- Complete the All Indonesia e-Customs Declaration within 3 days of arrival.
- If you're driving or riding a scooter, get an International Driving Permit in Australia first.
What catches Australians out
